Has anyone had a similar problem with PlusNet?
Initially I took the monthly 14.99 package. I phoned the telesale
guy up and asked him specifically "If I cancel this package, is ther
any penalty, or fee I have to pay". He replied confidently that
would only have to pay the price of the modem with was 25.00.
However, now I have cancelled it because I moved away, Plus Net ar
saying that I have to pay the full year contract plus the modem a
quite a high cost.

Apparently somewhere in the fine print when
secured the order...
I wonder if anyone else here has had a similar experience with PlusNet
I have searched around a bit and it seems a few people have, sayin
that the cancellation policy is vauge.
