Not interested in your selfish shit. You judge service by what its like
when the chips are down. Three months of crap with plusnet. Good ole BT
had to be called to sort it out.

I agree. I know that I have a fault that is probably my old ratty BT
wiring. But if I keep on at the ISP it can become their problem

Plusnet had over two months to fix my wiring problem. BT are now
fixing my line but i have to pay.
