Does PlusNet have reverse DNS?

By default your static IP address has a reverse DNS of username.plus.com

You can change this by raising a ticket on portal.plus.com:

Contact Us -> New Query -> Tech Support -> Static IP / Reverse DNS Setup ->
Change my Reverse DNS PTR

The options are:

Username.plus.com (the default)
or
static_ip.plus.com (like 80_81_233_90.plus.com)
or
hostname.domain.co.uk (where domain.co.uk is a domain name you have hosted
on your plusnet website).
