Looking at getting ADSL via PlusNet (hopefully 1Mb if line is capable) and
wondered if my Claranews account will be affected?

(Do any UK ADSL providers limit access to commercial news servers?)

TIA

Bill

Shouldn't be. The only Plusnet account that limits access
is the limited bandwidth (£18.99) account (no binary news
groups and no P2P). There may be a business equivalent.
You should be OK with a 1M account. If 512 then choose the
£21.99 option or more expensive.

Thanks for that.

Any reason to look at Zen in preference to Plus?

Not that I am aware of but then I am with Plus not Zen.

If you do go with Plus and feel like giving me a small
discount on my subs "safeprod" in the referral box please.
