Please, how to Privoxy -> tor -> other socks ?

In other words, how to chain more proxies to privoxy+tor ?
Or any other similar setting that

1) provides filtering functions like privoxy does

2) doesn't resolve names but passes hostnames to the socks chain.

For instance, Proxychains doesn't meet these requeriments.
