please help for this port block in my country

please i need help for this problem
i have account in voicetrading.com but iam new and when i will try to
used this account cant connect and now find the problem its the port
the company give me in details the port number 5060 and this port close
in my country(libya)
and i send qustion to the support but not replay
please any one have way or have good port tel me please
i have account ana can't reback it
