Please help me with my printers

Does anyone have any idea why my HP8000 printers won't
show up as an Appletalk printing device on my w2k3
server?
I get this message: "The selected entry is not an
appletalk printing device. Are you sure you want to
despool to an appletalk spooler?" If I say yes, it will
print to it, but I don't believe that this is correct.
I have other printers that work and these particular
printers used to work on an NT4 server before I tried to
setup the new server.
I have been pulling my hair out. Thanks for the help,
