You're welcome. When you reply to a message, please include the text

Yes, there's a conflict between the router's IP address and ICS. Your
idea of creating a network bridge is probably better than my
suggestion of using ICS! Forget ICS and follow the steps shown here:
XP ICS - Network Bridge

If it doesn't work, you might have to follow the steps here:
Bridge May Not Work With a Non-Promiscuous Mode Network Adapter

If the bridge just won't work at all, you can fall back on ICS. In
that case, change the router's LAN IP address to a different subnet,
such as 192.168.1.1.
