I did assign 192.168.0.x, 192.168.0.x+1, etc but it didn't work.
Then I used 192.168.2.x, 192.168.2.x+1, because I read somewhere that the
router DHCP assigned a "2" instead of "0".
That's what I meant in my original post.
I'm still really lost here

Thie above is your proplem.
Use 192.168.0.x, 192.168.0.x+1, etc.
