Pipex - recent lag / issues

Anyone know what's causing this latest round of problems with them ? -
its been bad for a good few days now...

They mention an issue with usernames ending in dsl.pipex.com but have no
indication of a timescale to sort it out.

Unless you find someone that works for the company in this group willing to
speak out, how will asking here help!

Well, if nothing else, it might allow us to judge the scale of the
problem i.e. Pipex users with problems vs Pipex users without problems

No issues for me with PIPEX here at the moment.

last time I had any problems was weeks ago.

I've been getting a fair amount of lag on Xbox live this weekend. It had
been fine up until then.

B'stard - i'm still on a 1Mbit line (they're still not offering free
upgrades to long-standing users without a new 12 month contract)
