I'm so glad I went with Pipex, after seeing all the posts in here!

Pipex is one of the oldest internet providers.
Unlike the new arrivals run by POTS management
still trying to get their heads around new technology.

Pipex are OK, but far from perfect, I understand they are going the way of
Plusnet now? Shame.

I actually went from Pipex to Plusnet about a year ago, and at that time it
seemed like a good move, Plusnet were promising the Earth.

Plusnet soon went downhill rapidly though, and are now commonly classed as
one of the worst lying most untrustworthy ISP's in the UK.

I'm now with Zen and couldn't be happier, paying a little more, but getting
a lot more benefit.

So far, IME, Pipex haven't managed to drag Nildram down. If and when
they do - I'm off.

Been with Pipex for about 2 years, since I wnet BB. Went to them on
recommendation adn have had no regrets. I wanted an ISP who would give
me the info to set the thing up myself and that is what I have. No
portals or other crap.
One tiny niggle - they give you the most outlandish user IDs and
passwords, which you can't change!!
