Pipex gets Freedom to Surf

PIPEX has announced the acquisition of Freedom to Surf, further
strengthening its Broadband offering to new and existing customers. Both
PIPEX and Freedom to Surf have announced plans to offer 24Mb Broadband over
the next few months.

That is really quite old news now (though i am on F2S so heh), and it's
not PIPEX ISP it's PIPEX Comm's, the group.
