Earlier in the month I reported http://www.willowinternet.com/
to their host pipex for displaying a ukwda banner with a link to ispa
on it when willow were not members of ispa. Ispa have been informed,
pipex have been informed and nothing has been done, willow still
dispaly the banner.

That's fair enough they probably won't listen to you. It's not a criminal
offence (or at least not one which the CPS would waste time on), it's more a
civil issue. In addition, you have no authority to report it (or at least
which to which Pipex will listen).

You should report it to UKWDA, if UKWDA believe it to be an infringement
then *they* will contact WillowInternet, failing that they will complain to
PIPEX. If UKWDA aren't willing to complain then you really shouldn't
stressn, obviously makes the UKWDA (whatever it is) mean nothing.

Blimey mate - get a life.

They have a link to the ISPA on a UKWDA logo. All they have done is
accidently put the wrong link in.

They ARE members of the UKWDA. Just send them a cutious email
informing them of this very minor error. I am sure you will get a
thankyou from them for informing them of their mistake.

Jeez.....

The reason for the complaint was most likely concerning a dispute with
Willow Internet (someone posted in uk.net.providers around 2 weeks ago).

Apparently there was a piece (today) on BBC 2 Working Lunch about being
unable to switch ISP easily. Things should be getting easier with the
issue of a MAC, compared with cease one, sign up with another. Peter

As you obviously didnt think to do this......I emailed Willow Internet
and infirmed them of the error and they have curtiously replied
stating that they have corrected their website.
