Report: Some customers whose login ends with @xtreme.pipex.net and use
Netgear DG814 routers may experience connectivity problems.
Symptoms: Customers will be unable to establish a connection to PIPEX which
means you will be unable to view webpages or recieve email.
Actions: Through our own investigations we have found that a fix for this
problem is to perform a Firmware upgrade on the router by downloading it
from the download section of the Netgear website (
www.netgear.co.uk). Full
instructions can also be found there.
