Report: Some customers whose login ends with @xtreme.pipex.net and use
Netgear DG814 routers may experience connectivity problems.

Symptoms: Customers will be unable to establish a connection to PIPEX which
means you will be unable to view webpages or recieve email.

Actions: Through our own investigations we have found that a fix for this
problem is to perform a Firmware upgrade on the router by downloading it
from the download section of the Netgear website (www.netgear.co.uk). Full
instructions can also be found there.

If you still experience connectivity problems after this then please contact
our Technical Support department
