Connectivity Outage Report

Report:
Between 2am and 4am on Wednesday 19th October PIPEX will be performing
maintenance on part of its core network.
Symptoms:
During this period, users with usernames ending in @xtreme3.pipex.net,
@xtreme4.pipex.net and dsl.pipex.net may experience some periods of no
connectivity.
Actions:
If any customer experiences connectivity isses after this time, they are
advised to reboot routers/computers before calling into the helpdesk.
PIPEX apologise for and inconvenience that this may cause.
