Pipex Connected Monday, but no modem ect

Have got my 1mbit line activated on the 13th confirmed, but have not
recieved no modem ect from Pipex, phonenenig them now s pointless.

Anyone know how long you wait, they havent even said they are sending
anything, but have charged my card 2 weeks ago.

Mine arrived within about 2 days of me first ordering

Pity you`re in essex, my speedtouch is sat here doing nothing atm !

I held on my mobile and battery went after 30+ minutes, charged and phoned
back, just said we cannot accept any calls at the moment.

im going to be proper annoyed if it dont come tomorrow, especially as I have
only just sold one, but the difference in cost for no moed or modem was only
£12 so opted for it, at least i think i did, will try and phone them now
again.
