I believe that you are allowed up to 4 connections PER SERVER (they have
4 servers if you use IP address instead of news.dsl.pipex.com).
The first connection is at 40kB/s and the other 3 at 20. Set up right,
and with the right software, you could probably max out a 2MB connection
