Ping problem

Hi, there!

Our company has 3 different sites in different locations. All are using
the routers as gateway to communicate each others. The problem is I can
remote access the pcs in different sites but i cannot ping their pcs. Do you
guys have any idea? Please kindly advice me! Thanks.

Are routers allowing ICMP?

Do they have XP SP2's Firewall enabled? I beleive it by default doesn't
allow you to ping them then.
