Hey, congratulations on having Kathy use my suggested anchors and links
in a typical FAQ format. Much better site and much more usable. Font
selection and size more readable, too.
Now, to really top it off, introduce the user to a Table of Contents
where they will not have to search through your elongated list of FAQ and
can go right to a topic like "NetBEUI" or "crossover cable" By clicking
on the appropriate topic, it will take them to entries involving that
topic. It will take some cooridination and organization but in the sites
like this that I do, I always recommend it to my clients. Kathy should be
able to do this without much trouble, just time.
