ping fine, but can not browse the network neighberhood

Dear Alls,

We have several workgroup and domain in same network (
using stackable switch ).
Its running for severals years, but this week
we can not browsed one workgroup but we can ping all the
members of the workgroup and also find/search clients.

Any ideas for my problems?
