phone extension

I want to use my second computer as extension to my phone, for calls and all
services to the phone.

Its possible?

Could be, you mean like answering machine, fax, voicemailboxes, etc...
you need a modem that can do all that and the software to run it. If you
find a competent salesgeek in your local computer store(s) he/she should
be able to help you select a model.
