I burned the phlak cd and tried to boot it on my Dell C640 with a Cisco
Aironet 350 card. The card does not show up. I am not very strong in
linux, and tried to google what I need to do to make the card work and have
posted in forums but only get vague answers. How do I get a wireless card
to work under phlak, to my understanding phlak is a version of debian?

If someone can point me in the right direction I would greatly appreciate.
I am a network engineer and I need to do audits of some wireless
installation within my organization.

Thanks,

AJ

Yes, Phlak is derived from Debian.

Test if the airo module is loaded with lsmod. If not, load the module with
"modprobe airo".
