I'd simply skip the wireless bit and use something like a Devolo DLAN
adaptor and take it through the mains wiring. Put an access point on
each/either/neither end if you require wireless and job done.
Really not worth buggering about with wireless through that amount of
concrete in the same house. Wire it - one way or another
