I run a teamspeak server from my home. I am replacing my
Linksys BEFSR41 router because I am tired of jacking in
my laptop when I need It. For two years I have had no
problem running the server. I bough a MN-820 Kit. Have it
installed all internet is accessible. The fowarded ports
are
8765-8767 UDP - Servers
14534 TCP - Webadmin Port
51234 TCP - TCP Query Port for WebPost.

I have these addresses forwarded under persistant Port
Forwarding. The TCP Ports are working fine. The server
cannot be accessed except for behind the router I have
even tried just running one server at a time and yes the
internal IP is static. I hooked my Linksys back up and
all went back to normal. I also have a Moh:aa server to
run but will wait till I get this problem fixed t forward
all those ports.
Any Ideas Guys?
Thanks in advance.
All Machines are Running XP and I am on Cable 5MB down
and 768 UP.
Any other info needed just ask
thanks again

Update I did a Port Scan aat DLSreports and it said that
both my tcp and udp ports are all filtered. But the two
tcp ports are working. The two tcp ports and the upd
ports are all incoming. It seems to be just a UDP problem
Hope this helps.

Are you trying to access the server from the WAN IP address from a
computer behind the MN-700?

Also what is the firmware version you are running on the MN-700?

Yes, I have been able to do so both wan and lan w/ the
Linksys. Now I can only connect to the Lan ip from my
desktop( the laptop is another issue.) I let the auto
update do its thing today and am running the latest
firmware according to update. I a not using SP2 was told
to stay away from that a week ago.

More Info the loopback is working I can reach the
webadmin for the server form my desktop by
http://mywanip:14534.
Hope that helps clarify. I will check back tomorrow as it
is after midnight here on the east coast. Thanks again
for any help that you all can give.

Sign into the Routers IP address.

The default is http://192.168.2.1 to check the firmware version.

It sounds like you don't have the 2.01.02.0590 firmware version that
added loopback support.

That is what your problem most likely is or your ISP is blocking the
connection.

Will doublecheck the exact firmware when I get home from
work. I know it is a 2.xxx number just not sure which
one. I know My ISP is not blocking it as I can hook the
Linksys back up and everything works fine. The loop
appears to be working as i can connect to the webadmin
port for the server via the WAN IP as well as the Lan IP.
I also had to clone the mac address to the Linksys router
to keep my IP straight. It changed 3 times during
configuration. After cloning that situation was resolved.
Also which Firmware should I be looking at It shows Boot
and another one, cant look at it right now. Or is there a
WebAdmin function for the router Like I had wit the
Linksys That would be great as I could look at it from
work.

Firmware version for runtime and boot is 02.01.02.0590.
I checked again and the ISP is not blocking the ports
either udp or tcp. I called them today. I hooked the
Linksys back up again and everything works fine. I could
probably just hook the 700 up as an access point and
switch but that is kind of redundant to have two capable
routers sitting up there next to the modem. I like to
keep things neat. If there is anymore info needed please
ask will provide any needed.

I guess loopback just isn't working for some reason. Port forwarding was.

The only thing I can suggest is to call support to see if they can get
it fixed.
