Permission Denied?

I have a Windows 2003 Sp1 Server, and under Local Admin I installed a Thin
Client Program. After Installation I rebooted and logged back in as Local
Admin. Program opens fine no issues. When I log off and log on as another
User account with Administrator rights I get a Permission Denied, Any
ideas??
