I have Red Hat AS 3.0 running on a pentium 450 Mz machine with half a gig
of RAM.

Every once in a while, like every 36 hours or so, I get really slow network
connectivity and I have to do a 'service network restart' to fix it. But
then it's fine for a while.

Any ideas?

The driver I'm using is EPIC100.
