When access to the internet bogs down some, is there an easy way to identify
the culprit (ISP or Wireless network) when you are running WinXP Home?
Thanks in advance for any help,
Bill

Hi
Windows has a Trace command that would provide information on the connection
from your computer to a reference site.

If you want less professional and more pictorial output, download the
freeware version of this program (3D Trace) and give it a try.
