Hi,
We have a Network Load Balanced Windows 2003 Server web farm that is solely
responding to HTTP GET requests for video files that are either 11 MB or 60
MB. The representation of each of each of these file sizes depends on
whatever weekend's workload.
I have setup performance monitor to track (at 30 second intervals) the
following objects:
Logical Disk
Physical Disk
Memory
Cache
Paging
Processor
System
Server
Here's the situation:
Counter Avg Min
Max
---------------------- -------------- ------------- --------------
-----
Logical % Disk Time C: .030 .008 2.191
Logical % Disk Time E: .615 .0 6.144
Availalble MBytes 1635 1486 1675
Pages/sec 19.755 0
526.142
Bytes Total/sec 174596.678 53.738 2640744
Page File Usage % .192 .188 .221
Phys % Disk Time .644 .008 6.282
% Processor Time .191 .0 3.802
I can't understand why I am having so many pages/sec???????
I have plenty of memory (as you can see it never used more than 200 MB).
The web server is Apache.
Anyone having any ideas?
Thanks in advance.
