Hello!

I am soon going to be upgrading (one of) my PDC's from NT to 2003. We
have a netscape ldap server running, and I have 2 questions/issues:

1. If I don't do any special configuration, will the ldap servers
cause any conflicts with each other? I am guessing they will not, but
I have never administered an ldap server before -

2. Our ldap currently authenticates for email and our help desk
software, but I eventually need to integrate authnetication between
nis, ldap, and windows. Does anyone have experience connecting MS
ldap to an external ldap? What about using Vintela Authentication
Services (the third party tool MS recommends for "complex"
environments).

Thanks!
Nancy

It is possible you may have the same problem as mentioned in this article.
