PCI Performance Statistics

Hello,

While I'm at it, I thought I would ask if anyone knows of Linux tools
to display PCI bus performance statistics. We're trying to diagnose a
network throughput problem, and one possible culprit is PCI congestion,
so we're looking for a way to quantify that. Using lspci we can get
lots of configuration information, but there don't seem to be any
runtime stats. Does anyone know how to get that kind of information
(throughput, congestion, etc)?

Thanks!

G
