pcap filters outgoing packets

I'm writing a packet sniffer that captures all packets EXCEPT the
outgoing packets with libpcap, but I don't know how to set pcap to do
just that. I know you could simply check the source address however my
program acts as a tunnel endpoint that sends packets originated from
many other machines. Can pcap filter outgoing packets from the rest? If
not, is there any other alternatives?

Thanks in advanced.
