pcAnywhere IP address

I have a Linksys router, that connects to my home desktop and a
wireless router. I want to be able to connect to the home desktop from
outside of my home network. But I don't have the computer's true IP
address, since the router assigns it a static ip address
(192.168.1.XXX). What I am trying to figure out is, how do i find out
my true IP address and connect to my home computer using a program like
pcAnywhere. ( I would appreciate detailed steps)
