Hi,

How do I find the host name conflict in my domain?
I have approximately 300 hosts in my LAN, 50 of them are connected to my LAN
through VPN.
I am thinking using the WINS to find out, but the WINS has so many records
and it seems not so easy.
Thanks for help.

Jason

First open the event error and find out the
tcp/ip address. You have to convert the
hexadecimal numbers in the details field
(last 4 at the bottom) to binary to determine
the address in conflict.

Then use NBLookup.exe
