Lee,
Without a lot of details its hard to know what you've tried. Simply
sounds like it might be a firewall issue. Have you checked to turn
off the firewall, software inlucded with the PC or as part of the OS?
The first thing I always try is to turn everything off. The turn on
the modem (DSL or other device from your ISP) wait a few minutes.
Then turn on your router. Again wait for the entire device to boot
up. Then finally turn on the computer attached to the router. In
most cases this allows all the default settings to negotiate in the
correct order. This of course assumes you are using DHCP and all.
Sorry if this is too basic. Just thioguth I'd mention this first.
