Does anyone know of a cost effective way to do this?

I'm looking to put up a "pay for access" wireless access point. Is
there some way to do this? What have people used? What are
recomendations of people who have done this already?

Matt,

Without a doubt, the best way to do this is with the WSG-5000 access
point/gateway (http://www.flatline.com/wsg5000.htm).

Push the button on the printer and it creates a "single use" account and
spits out a ticket including login and password for that account.
Duration of service is configurable, etc.
