Patch Panel Recommendation

This isn't quite the right newsgroup, but none of them seemed to fit...

We plan to install a 1U patch panel into each of our cabinets are our
co-location facility. I noticed that when our new office was wired, the
patch panel in the cable room seemed to be a type that didn't require a
punch down tool. The connections seemed *VERY* clean looking. I was
wondering if anyone here could recommend a patch panel brand/type. What I'd
ideally want are patch panels that have RJ-45 inputs at the back as opposed
to requiring a punch down tool (does such a thing exist??).

Thanks in advance!

Michael
