Password Change on win98 with win2003 server.

I have a problem with my win98se computers when they have
to change the network password. The server is running
Windows Server 2003. No matter what I do, I get the
error "The password has not been changed", but sometime it
has changed anyway.

How can I solve this problem, so the users can change the
password and be sure it will work next morning, when they
want to logon to the network?

I hope someone can help me!
