We have Server 2003 set up as a Peer to Peer server. There are about 15 machines connected to it.
Just recently one machine cannot get on without entering a user name and password -
\\server\administrator and the server password. All the other machines connect without any problem.

Can anyone help?

Thanks
Henry

Double check that the server has an active user account that matches the
logon name/password of the user that is logging onto the computer that is
trying to connect. If it does the credentials should pass through
automatically. If the computer that is having the problem has a different
operating system/service pack than the other computers there could be a
conflicting security settings causing a problem. --- Steve

How are the users gaining access? I take it that the guest account must be
enabled on it then? Is the problem computer the same operating system as the
other computers? When users are connected to the server and you look in
Computer Management/shared folders/sessions what does it show as the names
of the connected users? --- Steve
