Password audit program from Microsoft ?

Does anyone know of a Microsoft download that allows domain administrators to
list out all the passwords in a domain? We are trying to find out who is
using a particular password on our network.

Not possible. If it were, and word got out, Microsoft security would no
longer be considered viable and almost no one buy the OS.

there is no such tool, because the passwords are not encrypted (in general)
but hashed. this means a one way tcket encryption, so if you want to do this,
use a PW dump and crack tool (like LC5) and go ahead with brute force cracking
or feed it the specific password in a passwordlist you create yourself. specially
if you are looking for a specific password ( as I read the message) this
can be done in a couple of seconds. (the passwordlist that is.)
