password for arhive

I've found arhive of 802.11x PDF files, but every time I want to download
one, server ask me for user name and password. Does anybody knows one or how
much does it cost to download a few files?

If it's like anything else on the IEEE site, you've got to pay the
membership fee. Somewhere around US$30 if memory serves.
