Passive FTP problems behind Win-2003-SP1 routers

My computer is a common Windows-XP-SP2 workstation.
It is connected to the Internet with a public IPv4 address via a router made
of Windows-Server-2003 (Std Ed). Since I applied SP1 on this router, passive
FTP requests made with IE6 generate errors, but active FTP requests still
work.
