Parental Control for network

Hi,

I have a Belkin 54g Wireless Router, which has parental control feature
built in. but it will not work on the ntl network due to their proxy
servers.

Is there any prefably free parental control software available for networks
so i just install on one machine, and configure IE on others so they are
filtered.
