Parental Control of KaZaa and AOL IM

What should the settings be to block access to these two programs?

Under the web filters table I have block selected and "login.oscar.aol.com"
entered under domain name. I have permit selected under configure parental
controls. I have parental controls checked with the computer ip address
under the section computer ip address.

Here is the simple answer. You need to use the port
blocking in the router to stop AIM. It uses port 5190.
