Hi, I have a router that i must set the security options.
The choos that I have is PAP, CHAP or MS-CHAP,
what are those parameters?

they are authentication protocols, usually used to connect a device to
an ISP or to allow users to connect to a dial-in server.

Password authenticaion Protocol, Challenge Handshake Authentication
Protocol (the latter is more secure).

CHAP is typical for UK ADSL, if that's what you're using it for.
