Hello,

can anyone give me a hint towards the following problem?
I have 2 Interfaces: LAN + DSL. Everything is configured well for IP
Routing (NAT). Everything worked fine, but after installing a VPN
software routing of incoming packets doesn't work anymore. I have
unistalled the software but nothing changed. I have configured RRAS
again but I have the same effects:

If I receive a http/ftp packet which is larger than ?? bytes (I don't
know the boundary) it is not routed (dropped?) back to the LAN
interface.

Full debug logging in RRAS is enabled but no errors were printed into
a file.

Can anyone tell me what I can do?

TIA,
Axel

Dear Axel,

If I were you I would run out and get a NAT hardware DSL router ASAP and use
that.
That is, your server has one NIC only then.
Use your RRAS as an MS VPN for your clients. Its pretty secure using MPPE
128 bit encryption.
Anyway. Others will have suggestions for you too I hope.
Good luck,
