P2P W2K/98SE Netwrk(pc is not accessible, the parameter is incorre

We have 5 PC's (3 Win2000 SP4, 2 Win 98SE)in a peer to peer network. We can
see all of the PC's under Network places on any pc, however when you try to
access shared resources from a Win2000PC to a Win98SE PC you receive the
following error message:

//dfb-001 is not accessible, the paramter is incorrect.

Note: dfb-001 is one of the computer names. From the Win98Se computers, you
can access all resources on the Win2000 computers and Win2000 computers can
access eachother resources.

Does anyone know how to resolve this problem?
