OUTRAGIOUS. The domain password you supplied is not correct...HELP...

I am trying to logon a win98 computer into a win2k server
domain and I am getting this message: "The domain
password you supplied is not correct,or access to your
logon server has been denied."
I know I am enterin the right password, so howcome the
access has been denied???
Please same from insanity...
