When sending a email through outlook express I keep
getting the error of
The host 'smtp' could not be found. Please verify that you
have entered the server name correctly. Account: 'http',
Server: 'smtp', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No,
Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D

What can I do to be able to send emails through outlook
express?

From the message, I'd say that you've specified the name of your
Internet provider's E-mail sending server as just "smtp". You
probably need to specify a longer form of the name. For example, my
Comcast service uses "smtp.comcast.net". Check with your Internet
provider.
