MS Outlook Express does not distribute email, it fetches email. If you want
a mail distribution application you will need to find one. If you have one
computer that you leave on most of the time, that would be the computer on
which to install such software.
I use a program called, "Mercury Mail". It is free, and it is modular, so
you only install the modules that you actually need. You could set up the
"POP3 Distributing Client", which would fetch email from all of your POP3
services. It will distribute email to the proper accounts, and the users
can connect to it in place of their regular POP3 servers.
