Outlook and Linux with one calendar/add. book?

My cell phone syncs with MS Outlook. So, as far as I know, it's what I
have to use. I'd like to be able to use one Calendar/Contact list
accessible via linux (evolution/kontact/??) and Outlook. I've looked
into kolab, but it doesn't really fit my needs because of the features
or cost it takes to get Outlook to interface with Kolab.

So anyone know of a way to share a Calendar/Contacts between linux and
windows?

Thanks,

James
